Friday 2-27-15

The Crossfit open workouts will be programmed for each Monday for the next 5 weeks. Open gym time on Saturdays will also be available to complete the open wods. 

1.
5 min amrap
2 forward rolls
1 rope climb 

-2 min rest-

5 rounds 
5 split jerks (95/155)
25 double unders

-Rest 3 minutes-

3.
800 meter run for time.
