Monday 6/16/14

1. 
Dead lift 
5x5 as heavy as possible. 

2.
In teams of 2
15 min. Amrap
5 box jumps
5 toes to bar
5 power snatch(choose a weight that you can get 5 unbroken) 
(Leapfrog style)
Athlete 1 starts with 5 box jumps, then athlete 2 completes 5 toes to bar, then athlete 1 completes 5 power snatches. Continue this pattern for 15 minutes.
