8 STRICT Pullups

6 STRICT Pullups
20 Wall Balls 20/16
4 STRICT Pullups
25 Wall Balls 20/16
2 STRICT Pullups
30 Wall Balls 20/16
*if you cannot do strict pull-ups then double the reps for each round, 10 strict=20 kipping Ect.*
