  1. For the past two mornings I have eaten this as part of my breakfast. It is very good and filling. It is a quick grab and go breakfast also – you can mix the nuts in a container the night before and then just add the fruit and milk in the morning.

    Nuts – any kind -- I do a small fist full of almonds (roughly chopped), a small fist of pumpkin seeds, and ½ teaspoon flax seeds
    Fruit – any kind – I do a few blackberries, a few blueberries, and ½ banana
    Unsweetened coconut (optional)
    8 ounces unsweetened coconut milk

  4. Banana and almond butter this morning. Very sick today. Don't know if it's withdrawals or cold. Yuck! Will be doing my burpees.
