    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sets of sit ups and 100m run bw each set

    Burpee to the push up position, do 10 push ups, burpie out. 5 rounds.

  4. Luckily MO was my partner and she can crank out the burpees. 18:31 ( I think...) Much harder than it sounded.
